He began his career as the Alabama Manager for the National Teacher Associates, where he diligently served educators and staff across the state, guiding them toward optimal benefit packages while giving exceptional service.
In 2016, Philip established his own firm, shifting his focus towards comprehensive retirement planning, with a particular emphasis on assisting government employees. Melissa Hotz
Chief Operations Officer
Melissa Hotz is the Chief Operations Officer and Office Manager of Hotz Family Financial. With a long and successful career as a realtor in the Huntsville, Alabama area, Melissa brings her organizational and leadership skills to this new role.
Melissa has consistently been in the top 1% of realtors during her time as a realtor. Her experience in the real estate industry has prepared her well for her new position at Hotz Family Financial, where she will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Melissa is known for her dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to her clients and colleagues. She is also known for her positive attitude and ability to lead and motivate her team.
